The company was established in 2009 and was incorporated in March 2010 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990. OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
OMOLABAKE IBIYEMI OLORUNNISOMO
Omolabake is responsible for setting Azul's long-term strategic goals. She oversees every aspect of Azul to ensure we deliver the highest quality and service to our clients. She has over 34 years experience in administration and public service and has worked in several federal ministries, including the Federal Ministry of Defense, the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, the Office of the Head of Service for the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and National Orientation; the Ministry of Police Affairs and the National Economic Intelligence Committee.Omolabake recently retired as the Director of Human Resource Management for the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development.
Kofo has an undergraduate degree in Business Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. She has vast experience in corporate finance and in management in the telecom and energy industries. As one of the key founders of Azul Services, she oversees the overall business structure of the company, ensuring that Azul provides the highest possible level of service to all our clients.
Olaoluwa is the Managing Director of Azul Services Division and joined Azul in 2010. Olaoluwa has worked in both the construction and real estate industries. He has held a wide variety of roles, ranging from sales and auditing to general management, with organizations like Adkan Nigeria Services and Weatherfield Nigeria, two of the leading construction and property development companies in Abuja. He has also worked with Oceanic Bank, Regal Telecommunications and Netlink Technologies. Olaoluwa Holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Birmingham City University and a degree in Political Science from the University of Abuja. He is a member of the both the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Administration.
Head of Operations
Odomo is responsible for Azul's daily operations. He has a degree in Real Estate Management and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He has broad experience in facilities management and has worked as a maintenance manager for the Shell Nigeria Service Centre.
Head, Health, Safety, Security and Environment
Adewumi has over eight years experience and knowledge in Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE). He is a qualified HSSE specialist and was trained at the Nigerian Institute of Safety and Environment. He ensures compliance with applicable HSSE laws and regulations and monitors on site safe work practices.
Business Consulting and Finance Director
Christian has a degree in Applied Accounting in Oxford Brookes University, UK. He is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He was the former Business Consulting and Finance Director for Jinkel Associates and Gm Global Consulting Multipurpose.
Christian is a key strategist for financial, project, facility and staff management; he is responsible for developing suitable strategies for contracts and managing budgets for effectiveness, efficiency and economy.
Head, Cleaning and Environmental Division
Oroja has over eight years experience in facility maintenance, hygiene and safety. He oversees Azul's cleaning department by making sure that cleaning staff are properly trained and follow the company's strict rules and guidelines.
Head of Information Technology
Nelson studied Geography in the University of Abuja and has over 5 years experience in Information Technology. He has performed IT services for such agencies as Nigeria Communications Satellite (Nigcomsat), the Raw Materials and Research Commission and BAM Microfinance Bank.
Head of the Legal Department
Onyeka has his LL.B from Enugu State University and L.B from the Nigerian Bar Association. He has overseen Azul's legal affairs since the organization began.
